Caroline currently holds complementary roles as WSP Middle East’s HR Director & Director – Shared Services.
Caroline has successfully led and delivered projects related to business transformation, including post acquisition integration and ERP business implementation for HR. She is recognised as a driver in the design of best class employee experience and, alongside the WSP leadership team, champions the Diversity and Inclusion agenda for WSP globally and regionally. She is also an active member of the WSP Women in Professional Services network (WiPS).
Under Caroline’s direction, WSP workplace practices have been recognised as award winning and best-in-class by CIPD Middle East, ME Consultant – Women in Construction and Great Place to Work’s Best Workplaces lists where WSP currently ranks #2 in Qatar, #10 in the United Arab Emirates, and #12 in Saudi Arabia.
Caroline is a member of WSP’s Global HR Leadership team supporting directly on the coordination and delivery of WSP’s 2019-21 People strategy. In region, she was Great Place to Work’s selected ‘HR Leader of the Year 2019’. She is an active participant in HR and Diversity & Inclusion forums. She also supports HEC Paris, Middle East Masters programmes as a guest speaker on strategy and culture alongside featuring as a speaker and panelist at events across the region.
Caroline is a Chartered and active member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development. She holds an MBA from University of Warwick, UK and a Bachelor in Human Resource Management from UCLAN, UK.
