Chris Bernard is Global People Recruitment and ED&I Director at HKA, based in London, UK and holds both a law degree and MBA.

Chris has 30 years’ experience in executive head hunting and executive talent management for listed (Randstad), medium sized and boutique executive search firms (McLean, GatenbySanderson and Audeliss), recruiting globally for clients across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.

She has worked extensively in talent management and leading on ED&I, helping organisations improve diversity mix from under-represented groups on boards and leadership teams. Her approach focuses on challenging unconscious bias and achieving gender parity.
