About the

Virtual WIC Summit

Now in its second year, the 2020 edition of the Women in Construction Summit seeks to raise awareness about key issues and drive positive change across the built environment. Experts will discuss where the industry stands today, the opportunities and challenges created by the outbreak of COVID-19, how firms can balance their work environments and recruitment practices, and what companies can do to retain and attract fresh talent.

The summit will also focus on how the industry can deepen its links with academic institutions to appeal to young women and men, and give graduates the knowledge they need to succeed.
