Marie-Joelle has over 20 years of valuable experience in architectural design and project development on a wide range of projects throughout the GCC. Over the course of her career, she has specialized in the delivery of complex and challenging residential, commercial, hospitality and airport projects in markets inclusive of the UAE, Kuwait and Lebanon.
Marie-Joelle manages a diverse portfolio of projects on behalf of KEO, where she holds the title of Director of Architecture and Engineering Services. An articulate communicator and a team player, she has the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across multiple geographic locations and build strong trust-based relationships with clients, contractors and partners worldwide.
Marie-Joelle has built a good foundation in sustainable design and green buildings by participating in design projects targeting LEED certification, supplemented by additional research and LEED training. Her abilities to navigate project delivery include key skills in project planning (PMP) and the overarching responsibility to control costs, timelines, schedules, detailed budget oversight and every touchpoint of the delivery process. She is a hands-on Director, with key inputs from the concept phase right until the hand over of the project, providing key coordination of the related professions of MEP, Structures, BIM to ensure local and international building codes are adhered to.
