Nesreen Osman

Nesreen is a Partner at Pinsent Masons in Dubai with 15 years’ disputes experience specialising in construction and engineering disputes. Nesreen acts on behalf of employers, main contractors, subcontractors and consultants from various parts of the world including the GCC, United Kingdom, Europe and Asia. She has extensive experience in complex, high value international arbitration in the infrastructure and energy sectors and has advised clients in arbitration under the rules of institutions such as ICC, DIAC, DIFC-LCIA, ADCCAC and QICCA in the Middle East and further afield. A significant portion of Nesreen’s time is also spent advising clients on managing negotiations and ADR (including mediation and expert determination). Nesreen was recently ranked as a Next Generation Partner in the Legal 500 EMEA 2021 rankings for UAE Construction.
